Many congratulations on the award.
Phone or write to the DWP office that deals with your claim and ask for the assessment report, it's an ESA85 if you had a face to face and an ESA85A if you did not. the prognosis is used to set the reassessment date and the report should indicate what Descriptors the assessor recommended you met.

Do I ask for a SAR or by asking for the assessment report is that what this is?

I know, I couldn't believe it myself. I would be a bag of nerves if I had to wait as long as you. Why don't you give them a ring to see where they are at.
