I too used a word processor to type the extra information. I phoned DWP to ask if it was acceptable to glue these typed responses to fit the boxes of extra information. They informed me that this would not be acceptable and that I should attach the typed information to the pip2 form and to ensure that I also typed my national insurance number on each page.
This worked for me as I have had the assessment and they had my responses of extra info.
