Historically yes, but I think you will struggle due to the current DWP guidance unless you also have problems with walking, have a look at the PIP Claim guide, the issues are discussed in our information about Going Out.

Hi Ali H
My sister in law suffers from mental illness such as yours and applied for pip. Following a low point score for both daily living and mobility meaning that she got no award for either I helped her to start the process of a mandatory revision and with that failing I fully represented her at tribunal in her absence. I managed to do this by reading the helpful info from this site. The result from the tribunal was enhanced rate for both elements. However, a year later (this year) the DWP put her through it all again, she lost the enhanced mobility scoring just 10 points, unfortunately, she doesn't want to contest the M.R. this time but despite the new DWP guidance I think I could have got her the enhanced mobility again at tribunal because due to agoraphobia she cannot leave the house without someone with her. They scored her as not being able to leave the house at all despite medical evidence that she is accompanied to medical appointments. The questions and argument are the same as last year and so it would be logical to assume that a tribunal would rule in the same way. If you are able to go out on your own at all it will prove very difficult to get the enhanced rate mobility.
