I did ask for a copy of the report a couple of weeks ago.
Am I right in thinking that they have included the report in the results or is the medical report a different document.
Thank you B&W, I could not have done this without you
Standard care 11 points
Enhanced mobility 12 points.

Really pleased for you. Well done.
The assessor report is 20-30 pages long, I suspect what you have received is the Decision Maker's Statement of Reasons which is sent as part of the Decision Letter.

I now have my copy of the assessors report and I'm not sure what to do. I received 11 points for care so only need 1 point to receive enhanced award. I do not cook or prepare food at all my husband does all of it, on the report it just states that I need aids to prepare food but then underneath it states that my husband cooks and prepares every meal. Do I not rock the boat and accept this or should I ask for a review, if I ask for a review am I right in thinking I could lose all of the award. I know you cannot tell me what to do, I would just like some advise. My husband has said be thankful for what you have.
Thank you

What a difficult decision for you!
You are right in saying that the MR could reduce the current points. Of course, you could then appeal the decision - but I don't think anyone relishes that prospect

I think you need to ask yourself -
Do you feel that you clearly explained why you cannot cook a meal, even with aids? It sounds as if the assessor has decided that your husband cooks because you don't want to, rather than because you can't.
Do you think you could clarify that issue further?
Is there anywhere else you think you could pick up the extra point needed?
