Hi.
I could really do with an overall guide to completing this renewal form asap. I only have a few days to get this done and I am getting worried.

Have you looked in the PIP section of the Members Only area?

Hi
Yes I have looked in Members area. The only reference to an overall guidance plan was that would not be ready for a few weeks.I have to complete mine in 4 days.
Thanks

Hi Gordon.
I know what the form looks like. Where I am getting confused is that the majority of my conditions are unchanged, so there is no need to write anything. I have seen comments saying, treat it as a new claim. Does that mean, I should write I still cannot.....etc?
Also, I have been diagnosed with other things that do not worsen the condition, but are part of it and not diagnosed when the original PIP was done, so condition is unchanged, but I have newly diagnosed problem.
I'm sorry this is waffling, but I hope you understand my dilemmas.
Many Thanks

The reference to treating it as a new claim is in regard to a PIP2 being issued not the new AR1 form.
Have you actually looked at the current PIP Claim guide as the issues you are raising are discussed in it?
If you are still effected to the same degree as you were when last assessed then you should tick "no change". As to the new conditions, if the reasons that you are limited are the same then you do not need to provide more detail, however, if these have changed because of the new conditions then you should consider providing more information, but it has to be your decision to do so or not.
