The short answer is 'yes'.
The longer answer is that PIP (like DLA, which you already receive) is awarded because of the claimant's care and/or mobility needs rather than the diagnosis.
Unlike DLA, where the claimant had to explain how much care they receive, PIP is given because the claimant scores points against specific 'descriptors' such as needing aids or help to cook a meal, wash and dress etc.
As you are currently in receipt of DLA, you will get a letter from DWP 'inviting' you to claim PIP at some stage. I can't say when this will happen as claimants seem to be selected at random.
