Hi Irene,
The MR can only consider your condition as it was when the original decision was made, it cannot consider anything that has happened since.
AS you say, it is difficult to challenge the report without using the word 'lie'! It might be better to simply say how things really are without directly referring to the assessor's comments.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who offered advice on my Mandatory Reconsideration. I've just received the letter telling me that I've been awarded enhanced rate Daily Living and Mobility components.
£20 is a small price to pay for access to such useful information and advice. The site will have paid for itself with my first month's payment.
