Indeed I will do that. I will download the relevant forms mentioned above, in the instructions and my call to the Tribunal office at least this will be covered in the one month deadline. The lady said to mention further evidence will follow and this can be submitted on my return. I can post it from there I will have a look at the form see how much work it requires as only have today and tomorrow I am trying to finish my appointments basically including weekends went to Jobcentre plus now need to download all the information as Internet is not as good as over here. It is not about money as I will be losing out by £7 pw but the fact that the assessor has contradicted everything I have said. Its matter of principles also at the end of the day to prove to them that I am not lying about my health and mobility. I wont keep my hope high though at the appeal either.
The lady at JC said that now we have to pay for the tribunal I need to find out about this. But she was shocked too of the decision after sitting with me for 30 minutes and talking to me

I am just completing the SSCS1 form to send off to the tribunal so that I am within the deadline. I need to complete the section reason for my appeal. Could you please send me a link for the appeals I have tried looking but cannot find it. I did find it before (I guess I'm not with it at all due to the time pressure) please can you tell me can I just put basic reason for my appeal at this stage and inform them that I will be submitting additional details on my return ? as I need to go through the bullet points by the assessor of course I don't want to criticize but rather focus on explaining them my reasons regarding my polio lack of mobility and also enclose the photographs Dr's letter on my return all these will have to follow but at least I will have met the dead line. I only have till 5.30 to send this off by recorded delivery/registered post. but I won't be here to response to any ones letters during my absence. I would appreciate your response so I can crack on the form if there's a link showing example of how to write reasons on the SSC1 form please. thank you very much

The ESA MR & A[peal guide is on the following link

You don't need to provide detailed reasons for requesting the appeal at this stage, these should be submitted once you have seen all of the evidence and testimony from the DWP which will be sent to you once your appeal has been accepted.

As the appeal has now been accepted do I wait to receive all the documents from DWP or any other parties before I provide the appeal/tribunal further evidence likes of picture doctors letter and my own report prom the assessors comments which are 36 pages. Although I have said I would like to attend at the tribunal while this might be difficult but I would alike like the tribunal to see my actual circumstances I am disabled from age 2 and now almost hitting half the century its all visible nothing hidden. if there are any other links please do let me know and how can I also copy the other moderators ? I'm sure everyone is helpful here even the members. Just one request please let me know where I am wrong so that I rectify posting stuff here. I have been helping lots of people completing forms dealing with tribunals etc but now its my turn I feel absolutely helpless
