As long as your send it before the assessment then it should not be a problem.
So give the assessor a copy on Tuesday and ask them to read it and include it in your file before they start the interview.
Send a copy to the DWP marked for the attention of the Decision Maker to the address of the DWP office dealing with your claim, this will be on the letter you received inviting you to claim PIP or the letter that accompanied the PIP2.
