New to forum hope post works hoping for home visit as can't get out much also if anyone can help I can't view booklets on tablet but can on phone ? Minute though ?

The vast majority of the guides are in .PDF format so you will Abobe Acrobat Reader installed on your tablet, a few are in Microsoft Word format. Go to the App Store for your Tablet and download these apps if they are not installed and you should be able to open the docs.

Thanks for message Gordon profile on phone and can use forum on tablet but can't access booklets as said ? When I click to open it just sends me to pay for registration again ?? Have Adobe acrobat reader works ok anyway enjoy Xmas and have a rest from me bothering you I activated link on phone maybe that's the problem all the best for new year look forward to your help and others regarding pip application

Hi Joethebear,
We do have a 'glitch' in that clicking the 'keep me signed in' box, next to your log-in, can prevent access to the guides. Try unchecking this box, if it is not already.

Strange thing is I can sign in with my phone but tablet won't let me ? When try to post new post it just sends me to payment for registration ? Can a pip guide be sent to me via email mail or something I can open ? Not tech savvy so struggling a bit ! Thanks for message and merry Xmas to you and all
