PIP decision time scale was created by redfeend
I had my Capita F2F assessment five weeks before Christmas and have not had a decision letter yet. It's now 22nd January. I realise DWP will have shut down for a holiday but wondered how much extra time it will take for the brown envelope to arrive.
Waiting is stressful. Any ideas folks?

All I can suggest is that you contact the DWP.
