loss of severely disabled payment was created by alan
hi
I have just received a letter from esa saying some social security rates may change from 12th april. I am on income based esa in the support group and I am ( getting £61.85 extra money because you are severely disabled) on the new benefit letter this payment is missing , do you know if this is correct .

It's likely been forgotten, the letters, contact the DWP and ask for an updated letter with the payment included.

I think it is likely that you will have to explain the situation again.

I contacted them again today and they gave some lame excuse as the computer had failed to update my paperwork on pip as it thought it was coming to an end so they will input it manually and send out an updated letter in the post . many thanks for the advice
