OK you need to ask the DWP what information was requested as at this stage they should have everything that is required to make an award or not, I can't think of anything else that they would need.

thanks for the quick reply, a time frame of the events were
25 nov face to face
21 dec letter to say they had all tne info needed and would write with the decision
27 jan letter to say they cant award pip because they did not receive the further information they had asked for, the letter contained nothing else,
I have to ring on his behalf so was just confused as to what was going on the code on the letter is pip 7010.
