if the tribunal recommend the length of award ,say they say for 4 yrs can the dwp change that and review you before this ,I know they send for you a year before award runs out but can they send a few months after tribunal has awrded you ,I know they can appeal but if they don't appeal can they just review and change it within a few months

I'm afraid the PIP legislation allows the DWP to reassess a PIP award at any time and for any reason, that said I would not expect them to do so any earlier than a year before the award ends.
