DLA to PIP was created by Helen
I have just been through the process from a lifetime award of DLA to PIP. Although I was totally stressed out by the whole thing I finally got my award notice and have the enhanced rate for both. I have to say I found the assessor from ATOS very professional and listened to everything I said and recorded accurately. Did not feel confident though after ready so much negative experiences. The key is have evidence of your condition and be clear about the problems you have. I found the information on benefits and work website very helpful and enabled me to have lots of knowledge about how the process works. I am very relieved that this is all over and came out with more points than I thought.
