PIP decision via council tax letter!?

This stated a PIP award, the letter was dated 24th March 2017 - 4 working days since the f2f assessment! In that time the ATOS assessor wrote the report, the case manager reviewed that with my claim form , notified the local council and they wrote to me! As yet I haven't had any notifications from the DWP.
Anyone else had such a speedy decision?
I didn't get the enhanced mobility I was expecting but enhanced care so money is about the same.

Congratulations on the award. Well done.
Your local Authority will have been notified electronically whereas yours is by post which means that a letter has to be request, then printed and enveloped and the posted, typically this takes 7-10 days.
