My husband appealed the decision made by the assessor following his DLA and PIP assessment which was rejected, his medical evidence was not available when he appealed and he is still awaiting it from his doctor, can he re-appeal when the medical information is received.

If the Decision was made by a Tribunal panel then no he cannot re-visit it again just because he now has evidence.
If no award was made then he can make a new claim for PIP immediately, there is no waiting time.
