Help! I have just received my appeal date today 31st March, appeal is on 6/4/17. The letter says any additional info has to reach them at least 7 days in advance which they have not allowed. I last time did not receive enough points in either section, however on the test myself test I would potentially be on enhanced for both components. I have chronic fatigue, back pain, anxiety. any tips greatly appreciated.
I would read our PIP Claim guide and compare it to your PIP2 form. The guide explains the legal criteria against which you will be assessed at the hearing, you will only receive an award by showing that you meet the criteria for one so this should be your focus.
