I'd stated clearly on my PIP appl. that an afternoon appt. would be more suitable due to my ME/Fibro/RA being worse 1st thing in the morning, and my exact wording was 'may I respectfully request an afternoon appt', well...... the appt. letter came on Friday and the appt. is for 8.10am on the 12th Feb.

You can change it but I'm afraid that doing so will count as your one opportunity to do so unless you can get them to accept responsibility for the first one.
