Second question (sorry to be a pain) when answering questions for pip and trying to explain the issues I have doing certain things it is advisable to term it " on average 5 /7 days a week I have limitations...."

We are still struggling to work out the circumstances when a PIP2 versus an AR1 form will be sent, but I would expect an AR1.
Yes definitely refer to days rather than using a percentage, the legal requirement is the majority of days so 4 out of 7 as a minimum, as an aside this is actually 58% of the time, 51% would be insufficient.

Littlebipolar wrote: Oh no I'm not familiar with the ar1 been working real hard last few month on completing a pip2 in preparation
may I ask a few questions regarding the AR1? On another site it says by selecting "got worse" will automatically cause a reassessment is this correct ? And are the questions the same as the pip2? Do you have to refer to the old assessment report and state how it has got worse /stayed the same ? Will my answers I have prepared for the pip2 be transferable to the ar1? Oh this has stressed me out so bad
I've spent 10 weeks just getting threw half a pip2 form and now theirs a chance it wount even be that form that's sent
Completing the AR1 is covered in the PIP Claim guide, it also discusses the issues of evidence, etc.
Telling the DWP that your limitations have change is almost certain to provoke a face to face assessment but we have also had members who said "no change" to all the questions who have still had to attend one.
Rather than simplifying the reassessment process, the new form seems to have significantly complicated it and at the moment there seems to be little consistency in it's use by the DWP and the Assessment Providers.

There's a copy of the AR1 I the PIP section but like the PIP2 you must use the copy sent to you by the DWP.
