I still have my car after been told on the 19th January the result of my PIP. Spoken to motability three times and they can't do anything until they hear from the DWP. Spoke to DWP who said they would speak to the team who deals with it. My husband and I bought a car due to thinking ours would go back within about six weeks. We are unable to take the back without receiving the pack from motability. So unable to get any money that is due back to us yet. I think it is crazy not sure how DWP is saving money taking so long to process things.
