Hi all, i have been a member for a whilein the background and i am constantly impressed with the results people get by using the guides.
it has come to the time of me converting from DLA to PIP and having read and reread the guides before the form i was dismayed to find the question 14 on the form does not mantion stand and move, it only mentions walking.
as a double lower limb amputee i thought i was safe and expected to automatically qualify for the 12 points as i cannot place a biological foot on the floor.
The legal requirement is that you are able to place at least one biological foot on the ground so you should indicate that you cannot stand and move (walk) more than 1m and explain why this is the case.
