Hi can you tell me please if it seems to be beneficial to keep a diary for a few days to send with PIP application? I know some people do, but wondered if it really makes a difference? I have MS and one of my biggest problems is memory so by the time I pick up a pen to write something i have forgotten what it was so would find writing a diary very difficult. Thanks

If your symptoms vary then it can be quite important to keep a diary to show how it changes, but yo obviously need to be able to complete it in the first place. If you do then I would recommend at least a week of entries or more if you can manage it.
