pip form

hi iv just received the pip form i thought if you were making a change they sent you AR1 form iv been sent the whole pip form can you advice ty

There does not seem to be much (any?) consistency regarding which form is sent to claimants for renewal. I can only advise that you make as good a job of filling in the form as possible. Treat this as you did your first application and do not assume that the assessor has any prior knowledge of you.
