Hi, I have to submit my DLA to PIP form next week and I would like to get an extension as I feel very disorganized by the process? And form filling. Also I do not know if there is a fixed time from when the PIP form is received to the assessment.. Maybe this varies. I have long term Bipolar disorder and at the moment my moods are fluctuating wildly.

Contact the DWP, they usually offer a two week extension without problem.
