Can anyone clarify? If I receive disability income guarantee, does this mean I am receiving income related ESA? I have been moved between contribution based and income related twice and find the entitlement letters confusing!

Yes although I can't tell you whether it is ESA(IR) solely or ESA(CB) with an ESA(IR) top-up.
