Hi gordon ,papers medical report sent how long for the date for a tribunal hearing and can the decision still be over turned before the date of hearing some say it can.
As for capita lies on my assessment ,ican i claim compensation for this i do have evidence of this ?

You've post in someone else's topic!!!

Contact the Tribunal Service for wait times at your venue.

The DWP have the option of revising their Decision up to and including the day of the hearing, but this does not happen often.

Have you made a complaint to Capita? They may pay compensation but it would be unusual.
