Oh, I am so sorry Northern Lass. I am still waiting for my letter, but if they uphold the DWP then I will get nothing. My Points were 6 for daily living and 4 for mobility. which means I do not qualify for PIP. I was on middle rate care and high rate mobility on DLA for ten years. I really feel the DWP/ government are targeting people with chronic pain and fatigue illnesses. Never mind. Will you apply for PIP again or wait for your award to come to an end?

Hi Misty, I have thought about taking it further as I could due to the representative not being available
Whether I could stand up to the stress again and the waiting, which could be months again, I'm not sure I could.
I've decided to wait till this comes to an end and think about it then. Have you had a decision yet?

Hi, sorry I posted my tribunal result in a separate post. I was awarded standard daily living which I am pleased about, but only standard mobility (10 points) all on the moving around activity. I still got no points for planning and following a journey, despite my problems with unfamiliar places due to memory problems and fibro fog/fatigue. Have written and asked for a statement of reasons, as I would like to know why I scored nothing for this activity. I am now just waiting for the DWP to acknowledge my award of PIP, which is for three years, backdated to last October.

Hi Misty, Im sorry you didnt get the full award, you have been given the same as me. I would like to know if you have had an answer as regards to the statement of reasons regarding planning and following a journey? I so wish I either had a solicitor with me or just a paper appeal.
