FAO MODs ? to go in news section?

The list of "exempt" conditions still being worked on, but the aim is to finish the list and apply new rules by autumn this year.

Furthermore, whilst PIP wont have an exempt list, and all claimants will be periodically reassessed - those with long awards due to severe conditions may on review experience a "light touch" process not requiring a further face to face assessment.
