Hard to know how it went, she seemed very sympathetic, but it's often a safety measure to keep you calm during your medical. So I'll try not to get my hopes up!
I've heard quite a few anecdotes of review medicals still offering zero points remarkably.. Even though you're classed as receiving PIP.

You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report mid next week by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.

PIP Decisions are currently taking 2-4 weeks.
