hi,
im new to the site so please excuse me if i make mistakes etc..i need advice as im on dla and have been for 18yrs i recived a letter last year saying i would have to claim pip that they would get in touch..i was told the last person would be transfered by september this year? im wondering is there a back log of claiments like myself ?

I've moved your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given and taken.
The timescale for moving claimants to PIP has extended and the DWP are now saying it should complete next year, however, this still seems wildly optimistic, our estimate is that only about half of the DLA claimants have been moved in four years and the capacity of the system seems to have actually reduced.

thankyou , i shall now keep looking in on the forum till i get the dreaded letter..then ask advice from there..
