PIP ASSESSMENT HOW LONG FOR OUTCOME was created by Elizabeth Greenwood
I had my PIP assessment on 15th August, this was for a change in circumstances, I am still waiting for an outcome after 8 weeks I was told about 4 weeks and have rung the DWP twice and was told last week it's still with a case manager. Should I ring again?

It's really up to you, you can't do any harm to your claim by phoning again.

Thank you, I've rung again and been told it's still with a case manager. I was told it's because I'm already getting some PIP and new cases take priority! So maybe I'll get my outcome by Christmas???
