I believe this questionnaire is sent out every 12-24 months to claiments. Are the details from a previous submission of the questionnaire from a claiment kept on file? And if so - for how long?

They should be kept but you can't rely on them being made available when you are reassessed or read if they are.
Our advice is to treat each assessment as a new claim and provide evidence to support it, even if has been sent to the DWP before.
