If you had to go to appeal to recover lost points then it suggests that there were problems with the information you provided in your last form so you need to look at this to understand how you might correct the information.

You should also include the information from your Tribunal as their Decision was important to this review.

Yes, I will include the Decision Notice and refer to it as well.

In the last form it was another 'original form' and I just told them to refer to the original as nothing had changed. So I think that caused problems. Which also worries me as that is quite similar to this, new form. But the assessor also seemed to make a mistake as they said I had made no mention of my symptoms. I had- in the original form. They just didn't seem to use it.

Yes this would have been a problem, the PIP2 is intended to be used as a full reassessment of the claimant and their conditions at that time, they would not have referred to the previous copy, in fact they probably didn't even have access to it.

I see. They didn't do a F2F either (possibly as I had one of those markers meaning they do a paper review). I guess I need to explain everything in detail again then, this time or just focus on the Appeal descriptors they decided on.

Thanks for your patience with this, I'm quite stressed after last time and what happened. Although I do now think of Appeals as the real decision makers now, if something goes wrong. and wouldn't hesitate to appeal, again.

I have a question on things getting worse. I expect they would need evidence of this. And they ask to say "What has happened" to cause the change.

I have a couple of things which have got worse but a bit scared of mentioning any changes. For example:

I have has lots of bowel surgery and a bowel condition, but i don't get any points for managing toileting (which is fine as explained from the start had no problems, don't have a stoma etc) But over time I've been out on Co-codomol (strongest ones) for pain and in combination with low fibre diet guide, has resulted in constipation and casing problems. I have a stepping stool which helps, (but don't have a fancy one specially designed, just an Ikea one we had already). So this might class as an aid, and time taken too possibly a think to consider. So with this aid, do I need to take a photo of it or just mention it, and will it matter that it is not a 'proper' medical aid and just a stool?

Dressing might also be similar as meds can make you fall asleep in same clothes, etc (they said in past this would apply in my case but as I had stated 'sometimes' in my notes it wouldn't be the majority of the time. But this has got worse with the new meds.

They took away my points for managing money given originally (prompting) in the second review, but not I have a new Debt and Mental Health form from the GP to enclose.

The thing is, my overall conditions are roughly the same it's more like they did that second review wrong and the Appeal just focused on some areas and not the others. I wonder if the Appeal (paper appeal) just gave the 12 most evidenced points to put me back on the enhanced rate and left the rest? Not sure.

So what I suppose i am saying is are small changes so things like medication or aids enough to change descriptors given ongoing conditions and is this kind of thing worth mentioning in the form. (mediations, the stepping stool). Thanks.

The other thing is that some times these things make it easier- e.g.. the steeping stool helps manage the condition, the debt plan helps manage money. So should I actually be ticking 'made easier'? (despite condition not changing). I am worried about doing that, though as they might think it has all improved and take it away again.
