Hi, Using the members advice letter structure, I have submitted a Mandatory Reconsideration Request to DWP by recorded delivery and have a signed for receipt. I have received no communication at all which seems strange when compared to the constant text updates of the PIP application. It’s been 4 weeks since DWP signed receipt . I know there is no formal timescale for response, but is view of absolutely no communication from DWP, should I chase, should this be letter as well and if so, is there a recommended structure for a follow up letter. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
