Difficulty engaging with others enough for PIP?

Hi all. My PIP claim form finally came just over a week ago. There's a bit on it that says any evidence that will be sent doesn't have to be recent....Is this right? I suffer from schizophrenia and am going to enclose evidence that is "recent" and some that is not so recent.
I have difficulties mixing with others and I'm even wary of my neighbours...And I rarely socialise. Does anyone in here have similar difficulties to me? Just wondering what my chances are on getting PIP? As I've no mobility issues whatsoever.

Thanks

Recent evidence will always be preferred but you can still submit older evidence providing you can still show that it is still relevant to your conditions as they are now.

Remember that you need to map your problems onto the PIP Descriptors to score the points you need for an award.

Hopefully, members with similar problems will reply to your message.

Hi I have something similar and scored points in things like

prompting / support for Socialising, Preparing food, Washing and Dressing and
Budgeting. I also mentioned side effects of meds

I'm in a similar situation. I have an autism spectrum disorder and a string of anxiety disorders. I've put in a PIP claim mainly on the grounds of difficulties in mixing with others and difficulties in communicating. The face-to-face assessment was awful. In the decision letter, I was awarded no points anywhere and no benefits. I've now sent a request for mandatory reconsideration. It is all very stressful.
