Esa and Ill health pension was created by Shazzaa

Hi, I've recently been awarded support group ESA and after a big fight an ill health health pension.
How does the oension affect my ESA. I was/ am contributions based, does the 12 mth time limit for that still apply in support group?

As you are in the Support Group, the 365-day limit does not apply.

If you are only receiving ESA(CB) then there is a £85/week disregard followed by a £1/week deduction for every £2 in excess.

If you are receiving any ESA(IR) then the pension will be deducted £ for £ until the EAS(IR) is fully eroded.
