Hi,
In your guide it states possibly not to tick the 50 metres box if you are unable to walk even this far, and explain this in the Use this space box. Is it a good idea to leave a box unticked? If you do tick it however are you regarded as saying you can walk this far even if you then explain you can't? I am asking so that I don't prejudice the assessment of any possible future PIP claim in this regard.

Many thanks,
Jean

If you use the tick boxes then you are saying that you can reliably walk that distance on the majority of days.

It's OK not to use any of the tick boxes on the form but you must still answer the question being asked, so if you do not tick any of the boxes for Moving Around then you must still explain the distance that you can reliably walk on the majority of days.
