I'm trying to complete my appeal letter and want to know if i should be stating how many points i should have received in the various sections or just disagree with what the DWP have given me. Also am I correct in saying that you can have a cumulative score in different sections and not just one maximum score. I'm finding this all very confusing!
To be clear is this a request for an MR or an appeal?
If the latter, then there is a form you should use in preference to your writing a letter, the ESA Appeal guide has links to this form (SSCS1).
You can only score once for each of the ESA activities, the one with the highest score that you meet, the total is then taken across all of the activities.
