After having my PIP stopped last November I have finally got a tribunal date for this November but it is on the only day of the month that I can’t go because I have an important family event I would like to try and attend despite my anxiety. Will I be able to rearrange or will I be penalised for doing so? I very much doubt that after over a year of not receiving PIP I will be awarded it and have over a year of payments backdated - I don’t have that much faith in the system to be honest. Any advice would be gratefully received.
