Hello are there any specific examples when concerning 'errors of law' for upper tribunal hearing. No points were awarded for PIP even though evidence was given and still was denied at MR. Would be grateful gor any help. Thank you.

You mention an MR but not an appeal, have you had one? If youdid then have you requested a Statement of Reasons from the Judge in charge for your panel.
