Thanks Gordon. So I should send our best explanations to the MR and wait for their decision but if we go to Tribunal do they look at everything we provided before from the application to the MR papers plus doctor and psychiatrist letters?

If you have a Representative then you should discuss with them what to send as part of the MR!
The Tribunal panel will look at all of the documents involved in the Decision, this will include anything submitted as part of an MR, you can check this when you receive the DWP's submission as it will contain everything they used.

Go to the PIP section and scroll down, there are guides to the process and templates that you can use.
