Trouble with my pip report was created by Cyberman12

Waited nearly 2 months for my PIP report and they said they where mistakes made by the interviewr is this normal

Has the Assessment Provider withdrawn the report? If they have then this is quite unusual.

Yes it has to be rewritten as contradictory.
