Hi to everyone.
Update to my PIP claim.
I decided to appeal the Mobility part of PIP, as I was not awarded anything for this.
I have my PIP Appeal Tribunal hearing on 4 November.
I'm really nervous about attending the tribunal and my stomach is in knots and i'm very anxious and agitated as the hearing date approaches.
Does anyone have any tips/advice on how to cope on the day at the tribunal?
Thank you

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The following is a staged video of an ESA appeal, a PIP one will not be significantly different with the exception of there being an extra member on the panel, a layperson with experience of disability issues.
MOJ Video of ESA Appeals Process and Tribunal
You are going to be asked about your limitations in regard to the PIP activities so make sure that you are familiar with the criteria.

Thank you Gordon.
A message to people filling in a PIP review form.
If you tick the boxes stating 'no change' make sure you explain, provide and evidence in full detail your limitations as same as completing your original PIP claim form otherwise your points and award from your previous assessment can be reduced/and or taken away like mine did.

just to add to your comment above
that I actually said no change, as there was none
I provided all the necessary evidence and was still reassessed as at a lower level of need
at that time I was not in a place to take it further
