What % of home medical assessments are granted on ticking box end of form ? ( have GP letter of support ) , but just wondering statistic wise . Many Thanks, J.

I'm afraid I don't have any statistics for this, it will likely depend on your GP's letter are they unambiguous about your needing a home assessment?
