Hi I returned my completed Lifetime DLA to PIP transfer form to the DWP 18 weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
I know that they received the form as I sent recorded delivery followed up by a telephone call to them during which they acknowledged receipt.
I live in the West of Scotland is there any information on wait times? possible cause of why I have waited such a lengthy time to be called to a F2F?
My payment continues to be paid into my account.
Wondering if I should just continue to wait or contact them? Thanks

Hi Agnes999

I'm afraid the only way for you to know what is going on is to contact the DWP. Other members have reported long waiting times - so it may be there are delays in some parts of the UK but we have no official word of there being specific problems. You would have expected to hear by now.

I thought I would have heard by now too. I think I will wait to hear from them, If the money stops going into my account that's when I think I will contact them. I'm in no rush to chase them up but think its a bit odd that I have heard nothing and thought it might have been some geographical issue. Wonder if anyone else in the forum has experience similar circumstances?
Thanks for replying

Hi Agnes, my husband has had to claim DLA TO PIP. He is 66years and was on a lifetime award. Like you he has not heard anything and it has been 12 weeks now. Like you we don’t want to ring them as they have acknowledged receipt of his forms.
