BIS: since she didn't think she qualified anything at all, it's a very good result :)
But just shows what a lottery the whole thing is: my caree is, I'd say, rather more limited mobility-wise, but only got the low rate.

hi , hope this helps you need to apply to your local main eye hospital for a C.I.V.I.
THIS IS A CERTIFICATE OF VISUAL IMPAIRMENT . Wich means you are registered severly sight impaired , and opens up some fantastiv help , from various organisations . local council impairment team ,, rnib ,, henshaws ,,,, etc etc etc , kind regards Mozz
