Hi Sam123
Providing the old letters are still relevant then it is ok to send them along with new letters, I usually put any supporting documents in date order, newest at the top, dont forget to put your name and national insurance/reference number on each document.

Does that include things like GP letters saying that you can't attend assessment/tribunal etc. due to [reason X]? We got very fed up having to pay £20 each time we needed to submit a GP letter saying that caree couldn't attend whatever it was.

No, you are probably looking at three months for these to a maximum of about six even for physical conditions that will not improve.
