You can try involving your MP.
www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-your-mp/ You can try getting advice from your local Welfare Rights office or CAB, do an internet search for "welfare rights" with your postcode, town or county, however, you may struggle to get support in the current environment, if you do, then it will only be phone support as most agencies have now closed their offices.
