PIP RESULTS was created by Cheekynickers
Hi my pip has been with the dwp since the end of feb, they had a lot of info from myself, back up info from my gp. They also wrote to my GP, and have since been in touch to ask me to engage in a telephone consultation, i am told they have numerous slots available and to ring them for an appointment. I keep ringing each day to get an appointment but cannot even get an answer from the PIP.
I was wondering has anybody else experienced a similar experience to thi. Thank you in advance if anyone answers me

Hi Cheekynickers

I'm afraid there are long wait times to get through to the DWP and the Assessment Providers. It's a case of just keep trying. If you can't get through this week at all, I would drop a letter to the DWP informing them that you have been unable to get through.

I was waiting for over 45 minutes to get through listening to their ‘hold music’ until someone finally answered....
